Established in Brighton in 2008, The Pamper Pod would like to welcome you to your personal haven of tranquillity and healing, away from the pressures and demands of everyday living. My home based salon provides an oasis of calm. My background is rooted in the corporate world of American Express, but I have always wanted to explore a career which has a direct impact on health and well being.

Over the years my needs and focus have changed, and in later life I was offered the luxury of being able to follow my heart, which lead me retraining in the world of wellbeing. Initially I studied to become a massage therapist and soon discovered the power of ‘hands on’ healing and the importance of creating a safe space to allow clients to re-connect with their own bodies. After an intense period of learning, my attention was caught by the benefits of reflexology and I quickly developed a reputation as a leading reflexologist and foot reader. My practice has grown and developed over time and the techniques I use on the feet encourage a ‘gentle touch’ or light touch approach, which is very conducive to relaxation - the state in which true healing can occur.

As a foot reader I gain insight to any emotional imbalances that may be held, and as a reflexologist I can pinpoint any physical challenges presented in the body. Reiki plays an important role in my practice, giving me the freedom to work intuitively and with connection to a higher power. Reiki allows the body to unblock stagnant energy that can manifest as stress or dis-ease. I have been fortunate to witness how reiki can transform lives on every level.
