What is Family Constellation Therapy?
Family Constellations is a powerful therapeutic approach designed to unearth and address deep-seated family issues. Through the creation of a "constellation" representing the family system, often utilizing group participants or symbolic objects, hidden patterns, entanglements, and unresolved issues come to light. Unlike traditional therapy which focuses solely on the individual, this method examines concerns within the broader context of the family unit.
Its objective is to foster insight, alleviate emotional burdens, and restore equilibrium within familial relationships. By delving into their family systems, participants gain clarity on the origins of their challenges.

Foot reading workshops
This exciting workshop begins with a group talk on foot reading (what it is, how it works etc) followed by a one-to-one session in a private room. Each session includes an individual reading, some gentle touch reflexology and an in-depth discussion about your current state of mind. At the end of the reading, I introduce an affirmation card to help you challenge your subconscious beliefs and respond better to events in your everyday life. Foot reading gives a very accurate picture of your emotional health and is useful at those times when you have difficulty making important decisions or feel stuck in any aspect of your life.

reiki workshops & courses
My next “Reiki 1” course is coming soon!
Reiki 1 is suitable for you if you wish to lay the foundations on your reiki learning path . We will be learning about Usui Reiki level 1 and you will be provided with an overview of the history of Reiki plus practical exercises on self healing techniques as well as how to offer Reiki to friends and family members. Course fee includes training manual, training materials, assessment and certification. This face to face small group workshop takes place at The Pamper Pod in Brighton. Dates for next Reiki 1 course are 22 & 23 March 2025.Cost to attend is £195 per person.
